We guide you through each stage of your project with integrity, accountability, and clear communication to ensure a seamless experience.
1. Getting Started
We gather key details via our online platform and schedule a consultation to discuss your goals. Based on our conversation, we provide a preliminary estimate for your project.
2. Project Planning Phase
This phase requires a client investment (typically 3-5% of your estimated budget) and includes:
3D scan of your property with as-built floor plans
Architectural and/or design plans
A dedicated designer to curate materials, lighting, layouts, etc.
A comprehensive task detailing your project scope of work with and anticipated timeline
A detailed cost evaluation and outline of permitting and/or variance expectations
3. Execution
Once your plan is finalized, your designer ensures the project remains cohesive and true to your vision. With experienced designers and project managers, we keep your project on time, on budget, and on brand.

If you are unsure how to acquire any items on the checklist, we are happy to pair you with one of our designers or project managers on a contract basis.
