Our staff of designers, technicians, and fabricators, alongside our trusted network of subcontractors ensure the highest quality finishes and utmost attention to detail. Our product is unlike most of what you will find on the market today. Instead, you can expect a premium product that will provide years of quality enjoyment.

Every successful project begins with proper planning. At FairBanks Property Services, we believe effective planning enables us to deliver a premium designed product built on a foundation of integrity, accountability, transparency, and communication.
To get started, we will collect a variety of preliminary information via our online booking platform. Next, clients will schedule a site visit and design consultation with our designer (and in some-cases, a project manager) in order to learn more about what you’d like to accomplish or create. From there, this information will allow us to provide a ballpark figure to complete your project.
Next, we enter our official project planning phase. While no two projects are the same, our planning fees are typically 5% of overall budget and require client investment to perform. Although the planning and design phase does require client investment, you will receive substantial value for your investment. Upon completion, clients will receive 1 - 3D property scan equipped with detailed measurement take off’s, 2 - any required architectural and/or design plans, 3 - a detailed job task list, 4 - anticipated timelines + projected milestones, and perhaps most importantly 5 - a comprehensive cost evaluation to complete.
Once your project has been properly planned and a deposit has been collected, our designer, a critical intermediary, will begin working to set and manage expectations, ensure a polished + cohesive final product, and will give you the dedication you require as your project progresses.
Every project encounters unique challenges; however, our designer and project managers will work with you every step of the way to keep your project on time, on budget, and on brand.

If you are unsure how to acquire any items on the checklist, we are happy to pair you with one of our designers or project managers on a contract basis.
